About the Speakers:
John Beggs, Chief Economist of AIB Group Treasury. John holds an M.A. in Economics from University College Dublin. He began his career in the Department of Finance in 1975. His duties included short and medium term economic analysis and forecasting. He has served on several committees and working groups within the EU and OECD. John joined the AIB Group in 1987 and was Chief Economist of Goodbody Stockbrokers prior to joining Group Treasury in 1992.

Gerard Cleary, Financial Director, Glenisk: Glenisk organic company, based in Killeigh Co. Offaly, is a family run business that have been producing organic yoghurt and milks for more than 14 years. Glenisk works with 50 organic farmers across the island of Ireland, and procures 90% of the organic milk produced in Ireland.
