Study Tour to London, 7th September 2010 PDF Print E-mail

On Tuesday 7th of September, the IEA brought a delegation of food companies on the Channel Clusters programme to London to visit 6 speciality food stores. A delegation of food companies from Wales also took part in this study tour. The stores visited were Fortnum and Masons, Selfridges, Wholefoods, Union Market, John Lewis Foods Hall (Oxford St) and Source Market (Kings Cross).

Attendees from Ireland included representatives from St-Tola's Goat's Cheese, Kyle's Kitchen, Goatsbridge Trout Farm, Dromoland Game Sports, Clinton Foods, Blue Haven Foods and JM Food Service.The stores visited were Fortnum and Masons, Selfridges, Whole Foods Market, Union Market, John Lewis Food Hall and Source Market.
