Workshop 2-Consumer Insights

We had our second workshop on Thursday the 16th of May which was based on “Consumer Trends and Insights” and was delivered by Helen King and Siobhan Collins from Bord Bia.

Ten companies are currently recruited to the project and have begun their the programme with their mentors, these are: Clonarn Clover, Hogan’s Farm, Shackleton’s Milling, Safa Foods, Seery’s Bakery, Ballyburden Meats, Newgrange Gold, MJ Flanagans, Wicklow Farmhouse Cheese, McCormacks Farm.
