"Ummera Smoked Products and Knockdrinna Farmhouse Cheese, participants on the Irish Exporters Association's Channel Clusters Programme were both honoured by having their products served to Queen Elizabeth II on her visit to Ireland.

Ummera's acclaimed smoked chicken was served as the starter at the Áras an Uachtaráin lunch on the first day of the Queen Elizabeth's visit last Tuesday, and was more than likely the first piece of food she tasted on Irish soil. The following evening at the State Dinner at Dublin Castle, prepared by Michelin starred Martin Corbett and Ross Lewis of Chapter One Restaurant, Knockdrinna Farmhouse's awarding winning cheese was served. Congratulations to both Anthony Creswell and Helen Finnegan.
